Transfer procedure for .co.uk / .ltd.uk /.org.uk domains
- You will first need to contact the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you registered your domain name(s) with. (If you do not know you can email us at domains@rocketuk.net with your domain name(s) to find out.)
- You will then need to ask the ISP to transfer the TAG over to RocketUK.net (TAG = ROCKETUK).
- Every ISP has its own policy for how to transfer domains away from them. You will need to contact them to establish the exact procedure, but click here to view a general guideline of the information needed when contacting the ISP.
- Once you have requested for the domain(s) to be released and unlocked. Please fill in the Domain Transfer to RocketUK.net form, so that we can request the transfer to take place.
- If you haven't been contacted within 5 working days by either the ISP or RocketUK.net to say the domain transfer(s) is complete. Then we suggest that you contact the ISP.
