We make migrating simple.
We've made switching to RocketUK.net as quick and easy as possible, but before you start, there are a few things you'll need:
Your MAC Code
You need your Migration Authority Code (MAC) from your current Internet Service Provider (ISP) in order to transfer your broadband service from one provider to another. Once the contract with your ISP has expired, you can apply for your MAC Code over the phone.
Your MAC Code should look similar to one of these three examples:
BBIP1234567/CA18M
BBIP12345678/CA18M
BBIP123456789/CA18M
Your MAC Code is only valid for 30 days after it is issued. If you have not completed your online application before this date you will need to apply for a new MAC Code.
Your current BT land line phone number and postcode
RocketUK.net ADSL is only available down an existing BT land line. These details also allow us to confirm that your land line is ADSL (Broadband) compatible.
Once you've decided which RocketUK.net ADSL Service suits you and you've got your MAC Code, BT land line phone number and postcode, you're ready to order
